Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products, and must be reported within 48 hours along with a clear unboxing video and photos. After verification, a reverse pickup will be arranged or you may self-ship the item. Refunds for approved returns will be issued as store credit valid for 30 days, excluding shipping charges. Please note, sale or discounted items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Cancellations for prepaid orders are allowed before dispatch, with refunds provided as store credit or a design change. COD orders can be canceled within 24 hours.
