    Exchange Policy

    1. Eligibility for Exchange:

      • Exchanges are available for orders within India only.

      • Items eligible for exchange must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original packaging and tags intact.

      • Requests must be made within 4 Days of receiving the order.

      • Sale, discounted, and coupon-based items are not eligible for exchange.

    2. Exchange Process:

      • To initiate an exchange, contact us via email at khaitant@gmail.com.

      • We offer reverse pickup service for a processing fee of INR 250. If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you will need to self-ship the item to the address provided by our team.

      • Ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

      • Once we receive and verify the product’s condition, your exchange request will be processed within 7 business days.

      • If the requested size or product is unavailable, a credit voucher will be issued, valid for 60 days.

    3. Exclusions:

      • Altered and international orders are not eligible for exchanges.

      • Exchanged products cannot be exchanged or refunded. Second-time exchanges for any product are not allowed.

    Return Policy

    1. Eligibility for Returns:

      • Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items.

      • A clear unboxing video showing the damage or defect is mandatory to process the return.

      • Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

    2. Return Process:

      • Contact us via email at khaitant@gmail.com.

      • Submit the unboxing video and any relevant photographs.

      • We will arrange for a reverse pickup. If reverse pickup is unavailable, you will need to self-ship the item.

      • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

    3. Refund Method:

      • Refunds will be provided in the form of store credit (voucher code) valid for 30 days, minus the shipping charges.

      • Sale, discounted, and coupon-based items are not eligible for refunds.

    Cancellation Policy

    1. Order Cancellations:

      • Prepaid orders can be canceled before the dispatch of goods for store credit or design change only.

      • COD orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

    Important Notes

    1. Processing Fees:

      • Exchanges incur a non-refundable pick-up fee of INR 250.

    2. Store Credit Validity:

      • Store credit issued for returns or out-of-stock items is valid for 60 days.

    3. Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items:

      • Sale, discounted items, and purchases made with promotional codes are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

    4. International Orders:

      • Unfortunately, international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges at this time.

    5. Damaged or Missing Items:

      • Report any issues with damaged or missing items within 48 hours by providing an unboxing video and photos. Our team will resolve the matter promptly.
