Shipping Policy

  • Order Verification:

    • All orders are verified for shipping address and area pin code through our database before processing.

    • If the address is unserviceable, we’ll contact the customer to provide an alternate address.

  • Delivery Areas:

    • Orders are accepted for delivery within India only.

    • Customers must provide a complete, accurate, and reachable delivery address.

  • Order Dispatch & Delivery Timeline:

    • Orders are dispatched as per the estimated delivery date mentioned during checkout or in the order confirmation.

    • If no specific date is provided, delivery is made within 30 days from order confirmation.

    • For customization orders, an additional 4-5 days of processing time is required before dispatch.

  • Possible Delivery Delays:

    • Delays may occur due to:

      • Climatic or natural disasters

      • Political unrest

      • Supply chain disruptions

      • Regulatory restrictions

      • Logistics issues or product lost in transit

    • In such cases, customers will be informed and offered:

      • A revised delivery date, or

      • Order cancellation with a full refund

  • Delivery Attempts:

    • The delivery partner will attempt to deliver the package three (3) times.

    • If the customer is unreachable, unavailable, or refuses delivery:

      • Royal Hub reserves the right to cancel the order.

      • A cancellation notification will be sent via email or SMS.

  • Rescheduling:

    • Deliveries cannot be rescheduled once the order is dispatched.

  • Title & Risk:

    • Title and risk of the products transfer to the customer upon successful delivery at the shipping address provided.

    • Delivery to an alternative address (if instructed by the customer) is also considered successful delivery.

  • Delayed Deliveries:

    • In case of delays beyond the estimated delivery date:

      • Customers are advised to contact us immediately.

      • Updates will be provided via email and SMS.

  • Limitation of Liability:

    • Royal Hub is not liable for any inconvenience, mental distress, or financial loss caused by delays in delivery.
